paulc76 Posted April 27, 2015 Report Share Posted April 27, 2015 pretty sure they use motoplat if so there is no cdi as such its built into the coil the blue wire goes to the larger spade on the coil and the black wire goes to the smaller one and the kill switch earths out the blue wire the grey wire would be for lighting Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
zerorev3rev4 Posted April 27, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 27, 2015 it is motoplat , you could be right , its actually on a cota engine but not what i am used to bike has 2 blue 1 black 1 grey which go to a cdi , the one i now have only has 1 blue 1 grey and 1 black , i have seen a stator from a tr which only had 2 wires which would probably go straight to coil ,could be barking up wrong tree Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
