charliechitlins
If a piece of a bolt is down in a hole, I like to jam a piece of wooden dowel into the hole. It makes it easier to center the drill. The broken end of the bolt is never flat and it's hard to drill on center.
charliechitlins
I was assuming that that's what he meant when he said the bolt is "half stuck". It is a vague description.
