heffergm
I've got a '15 300 with the keihin carb. The air screw came set a half turn out from fully in, which seems weird to me. It runs well enough there, and backing it out more than another half turn it starts running poorly. I can't imagine the jetting is that far off... should I just leave it? shercoben12
my 125 15 was set fully screwed in. now its started to warm up here it wasnt picking up so well, so screwed out half a term and its perfect, picks up instantly and revs out cleanly. another half turn out and its abit weak and lower revs are not smooth espeicially on running down its like its starting to run out of fuel if you get what i mean. i would just leave it if i where you jetting from standard seems fine. hope your enjoying it, great bikes. steve_earle
Between 1/4 and 3/4 is normal when running the standard (45) pilot jet.
heffergm
Perfect, thanks for the info. I was a little confused as to what to expect the range to be.
fivebrick
Not sure if this is relevant enough but the GAS GAS importer recommends 1/2 turn out on the Keihin.
