automagp68
Hello everyone! I saw the "introduce yourself" forum here and thought i would say hello Ive been riding mx and enduro since the age of 8 and have always been interested in trials. I started watching some trials videos from the blokes down under in Australia about a year ago (great videos by the way) and really started dreaming. For years i have suffered from horrible technical riding skills in slower technical terrain. I always blamed it on the fact that i have 29 inch legs (I'm short) and can't touch the ground most times on my KTM 300. Someone told me that all the best enduro riders are former trials champions! So here i am! Ready to learn and be humbled by a wonderful new aspect of motorbikes! I found myself a 2011 Sherco 300 Cabestany replica for sale locally and stuck that in the stable next to my KTM. I have had it about 24 hours and really looking forward to getting back to the basics. Clutch control, brake control, balance etc etc and breaking all my bad go fast habits! If there is anyone local in denver that is looking for a riding pal or knows of any good riding locations for a NOOB please let me know. Happy to be here and this looks like a wonderful forum with lots of great information. Cheers! Bobby
copemech
We may need to hook you up with Chuck Moline. Great guy! He has some enduro interests as well. That is a nice bike, but you may wind up detuning it a bit so it does not put you on your ass soo quickly! I'll see if I can find his email.
