mirko91
Been looking at these myself, I was going to get one to mess with around in the garden to practice balancing and some hops etc Can't do any harm and for the sake of £100 ish it's well worth a punt. That's exactly what I thought, balancing around in the yard and doing some tricks there
tobeee
...lots of stuff, and then... Can't do any harm .... I thought the same, and after about two minutes I looked like someone who had pushed in the taxi queue at closing time on a Saturday night! Do not underestimate the damage you can do to your shins and other sensitive bits with a few attempts at hopping!
elusivemite
Bought a monty 20inch a few months ago to get in shape ready to buy a trials bike. A week layer I picked up my trials bike lol. Couldn't wait. However it does allow me to practice balance and hops etc in the garden it also helps build muscles in the right places too.. Made some log pallets in the garden to pedal kick across. probably good for training muscle memory too. Very similar motions to lift the bike

Mate I'm into downhill bike since a few years ago so yes I'm aware of the shins and calves when a pedal with sharp setscrews smashes into it but I'm just using knee pads because when you learn it they just want to stick to your feet! I will pull the trigger than and do some training at basically no cost, zero pollution and in full silence which sounds alright to me!
