I don't know what the pressure should be but i assume you mean after one kick?

obviously the more times you kick it the higher you should read.

I have an off topic question for you though. does your 125 sound like hell most of the time?

Most 125,s i have heard always sound like crap compared to my 300 cabestany and other bigger bore bikes.

Im trying to figure out if its normal or not. I also have an 08 125 besides my 300

I would normally expect the compression reading to be up in the 150psi range or so I think. One needs to open the throttle when doing this in order to let air in to compress.

Lots of 125's rattle a lot because they have been run hard and the higher revving takes its toll.

Replate and fresh piston to fix that!

My son managed to get in contact with MRS who said it should be around 145psi, so close to your 150psi copemech. Thank you.

My son thought it was down on power and suggested new rings. MRS say perhaps RIngs & Piston. It's my wifes Sherco we have just bought for her.

I have a Jotagas 300. I've been away from bikes since 1983, so thought the 125 had plenty of power, though not like the JTG.
