frenchmike
This might have been posted before , but has anyone found a PDF 2003 125 rev 3 workshop manual, please.
garrym
My pdf manual doesn't specify engine size, although it's a 250 in all the photos. I don't think my hard copy does either. They're both Owners Manuals rather than Workshop Manuals. Wouldn't it be great if Haynes did trials bike manuals??
jfc
You can find the engine service manual for the evo here (very similar just more developed) http://www.betausa.com/node/

worldtrialchamp
http://trialsport.com.au/beta/documents.htm 125 was definitely produced in 2003? Edited August 7, 2015 by worldtrialchamp
frenchmike
Thanks again worldtrialchamp , But it's a workshop manual I'm looking for not the owners manual.
worldtrialchamp
I think you'll find workshop manual doesn't exist until the EVO. Exploded diagram is all you'll get for the REV3
frenchmike
I have a cope of 2009 EVO manual , and what I'm after, having just put in a new conrod kit, is the outside distance between the two cranks , which is 54.4 mm on mine before I started, and now it's 1 thou wider. I need to find out the tolerances for that, and for the end float . The 2009 Evo distance between cranks is 62mm on page 24. So this is the info i'm trying to find out
worldtrialchamp
might have to ask your dealer to request it from the factory (unless someone has a spare crank laying around)
