It's not one you're going to find easy to get past Health and Safety, and the Risk Assessment could be a bit of a sh^t too, so it's not one for the workplace really either.

My comments were meant in jest but I suppose I better put in a disclaimer - If you have any doubt that you may cause injury to you or anyone else (probably 99% of people don't have a safe area to do this) then don't do it.

But, if you have the ability to put an electric hotplate on a hardstanding, with very good ventilation (not just outdoors), with very little around it, and control access to the area, then have access to turn the hotplate off from a safe distance, you've minimised the risks. Apart from getting someone stupid to do it - in which case, phone Graham, he's done a load :lol:
