Quick Turn Throttle

How many 4rt owners have used a quick turn throttle? I have an aluminum quick turn throttle tube I threw on to see how it worked. Honestly I didn't notice any significant difference. Any other experiences out there?

yea i used a fast action when i had my 4RT, made the bike react quicker (duh!) which is necessary on those things, but you did have to keep over the back a bit more as it likes to spin.

if you've altered the gearing and added the fast action throttle you should notice a difference. i owned the 4rt whilst i had my new gas gas 300 raga delivered and riding both bikes back-to-back the gas gas only had the 4rt on the instant zap from the bottom end. both bikes full power is on par with each other the 4rt I found more stable and the gas gas more hoppie and instant. if there was one thing i could change about the 4rt it would to have the engine upped to a minimum of 300cc. suprisingly the gas gas i've considered putting a lighter flywheel on, but this is my personal taste and my motto is, to much power is never enough.

I broke my throttle unit a few weeks into the new bike.

I'd never owned any bike brand new before..didn't realize its wise to tighten all bolts and screws...so, got a 315 unit installed, I like it , its a bit ''quicker'' than stock
