ham2
How much?!!-- Is it not worth putting some heat on it and bending it back or is it like an aero-bar (too brittle).
matt
they are weldable.
perce
I think a new one is less than 20 quid. Try straightening the old one, they are quite soft & easy to bend back to shape.

It'll be soft enough to bend.
dman
I bent mine out and left it. I liked the solidness of it being out so far. Then later this season I bent it back into position. Funny how that works. And they are easily heated up and pushed back into position.
sy250
I have straigtened it back, but there is a crack in it. It isn't huge, its really thin, but when i heated it up the rivet that holds the end part of the lever has lost its strength.
elvis
I bent mine in towards the casing and was going to buy a new one but reckoned I had nothing to lose by trying to bend it back. It worked perfect but be gentle with it.
