laird387 Posted November 24, 2015 Report Share Posted November 24, 2015 (edited) RIPON MOTOR CLUB CHEQUE PRESENTATION TO WINKSLEY CHURCH. The Ripon Motor Club run several motorcycle trials in the Winksley parish from the family farm owned by the Fleetham's. When they heard that the church require some monetary support the club committee agreed a donation of £1000.00 pounds towards the general upkeep of St.Cuthbert and Oswald Church. The church is a relevantly young building, having been erected only 98 years ago, dedicated in 1917. The Cheque was accepted by the Rev Caroline Falkingham, supported by her Church Warden, Brenda Bell. Members of the Ripon Motor Club Committee assisted by one of its youngest members, Mason Fleetham.
