woody Posted January 12, 2016 Report Share Posted January 12, 2016 They never have existed, there is no such thing in reality, there's an MOT that's all All that happens if you don't have lights on the vehicle is that they may just put an advisory on it that it's for daytime use only, but they don't have to.
