landrover
take your caliper off, undo the brake line, split the caliper in two use a airline not too much pressure setting, put the end of the airline into the hole for the brake fluid cover with a cloth, then blow out the pistons, use a small screwdriver or pick to remove the seals, clean every thing up,put in new seals and pistons do not push pistons right in otherwise it takes longer to bleed up join the caliper together put brake line back on then bleed up,it is easier and quicker to do the bleeding with a syringe hope this helps
gregd
Excuse my ignorance but, when you say use a syringe to bleed, how exactly?
landrover
when everything is connected up and you are ready to fill the system with new brake fluid, fill a syringe with bake fluid attache a rubber pipe that will fit both the bleed nipple and the syringe ,loosen bleed nipple and push the fluid through till you get it to the required level in the master cylinder ensuring that there are no air bubbles coming out of the cylinder, tighten up bleed valve then just keep pumping brake till you get it where you want it
