aimbotgg
Hi there, I've bought a trails bike ( GASGAS txt pro 06 ). When I pressed the clutch in it feels like nothing is there. It's very light and has no tension like my other GASGAS.
crazybond700
Standard procedure to check the clutch of a gg Make sure the lever has some free play (arround 3mm will do fine) Make sure it has fluids Lay bike on its side, remove kickstarter and open up the clutch cover. Make sure the clutch is in specs and everything is mounted as supposed to. Take the clutch out and clean it up.
aimbotgg
Hi there, thanks for this.... I have took the kick start of replaced the rings and cleaned. I have also bleed the liquid. I took it all of and pressed the clutch in and it wasn't pushing the liquid through to the hole.
crazybond700
Sounds like there is air in the system.

aimbotgg
It's no even pushing it down the hose, it could be the slave cyclinda ?
crazybond700
Make sure there is enough free play on the leaver and be patient. Sometimes it takes a while. Best is to fill it from the bottom with a syringe, or use a vacuum system (if you have).
aimbotgg
I have tried all this, my conclusion is it may be the slave cyclinda or seals. There is play in the clutch it just doesn't feel like there's anything there

025sagsag
did it work ok before or have you just got it? make sure the span adjuster on the clutch lever is fully in (fully loose/no contact) & the same with the other adjuster screw on the clutch lever is fully in too (fully loose/no contact) then re-bleed it..
