mcb
Hello all....I have been out of trailing for a few years. A friend of mine has offered me a Beta Rev4T 2009 for £1700.00. The bike is 2 owners, very clean and has been stood for nearly 2 years. I intend dropping the oils, coolant etc before starting it. Is this a good or fair price. Is there anything I need to know and is the bike a good 4 stroke bike....cheers in advance.

bilks
Should be EVO if it's 09 still not bad price . http://www.betausa.com/node/751 Edited February 14, 2016 by bilks
dadof2
2 of my friends have 250 4T evos and like them very much, I think they are 2010 and 2013 models. Another had a 2012 300. he went well on it but he sold it and went for a lighter 250 2T. On a 2009 that has been stood for a couple of years I would be wary of corrosion in coolant system, (some 2T Betas suffer bad corrosion in water pump). Also if it has been well power washed then parked it could have corrosion in most of chassis bearings.
