mickthepieman
I took my bike out this morning for a spin and when I got back home I noticed a small amount of black oil had dripped from the exhaust and cylinder, any ideas, this is my first 2 stroke bike. Thanks Mick

cleanorbust
You could make sure the exhaust is clamped to the cylinder nice and tight.
bondy
yes as above tighten the 4 nuts in a criss cross so it gets a equal tocque there should be no oil comming from Exhaust or cylinder head if there is oil comming from cylinder head try tightening the head bolts to the tocque setting you will need tobtake the Exhaust off to get to the head bolts. or may be the head gasket need changing if it as
twinnshock
Not sure what model you have. If 4 bolts Bondy's advice is good. If earlier the exhaust is secured with a threaded ring. These are difficult to seal completely and black oil/residue seepage is normal. I worry more when it does not leak. Easily cleaned up.
