taffe
Hi, I think it's the same bike, I ride a TXT PRO 250 2012 Cheers Taff
lineaway
The TXT edition was the old engine that was very reliable, the Pro in `03 was not very good.
zippy
In 2003 there were two models of 280. the TXT Edition 280 and the TXT PRO 280 the TXT Edition 280 had the older engine and frame. The 2003 TXT PRO 280 had the new pro engine and the new frame. (I have a 2003 PRO 300 and has been very reliable, the 2002 bikes were the first year for the PRO and were not very good, but some had been retrofitted with upgraded parts)
crazybond700
And the two are quite different bikes. FOr beginners and old skool type riding the older model is better (and almost indistructable), the newer is lighter and more agressive (but needs more money for maintainance and parts).
