lotus54
I have info also. Note the later 2015 bikes have a 20mm centre rocker shaft. I bought a box of the other bushings. Mark

imexian
Also what's best way of getting bushes out? I only have normal tools etc, no machinery as such.
tsiklonaut
Ian, I suppose you could try "village mechanic" style by kicking them out with a correct sized socket, but since the bushes are very shallow you can damage the bore in the process. I recommend getting a proper internal bearing puller kit.
imexian
Hi margus, you think like the ones on eBay ? About £15.00? Is there a type I need to look out for?
lotus54
I've taken them out various methods. If desperate, you can crush one- get it out, then drive the other out with appropriate pipe/socket etc. Warming up the swingarm helps, so does some penates riding fluid. I've been using a bearing removeal tool for quite awhile. It wasn't that much and makes it super easy. (Slide hammer, expanding 'shoe') I'll have to see what brand, Mark Like this (I think that price is just a collet-) http://www.amazon.com/Motion-Pro-Bearing-Removal-08-0501/dp/B007GR4POW/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1463089422&sr=8-4&keywords=blind+hole+bearing+puller+set Edited May 12, 2016 by lotus54

You can use the same puller kit for the most internal stuff, wheel bearings, bushes etc etc.
imexian
I've got chain tensioner bush out, by bashing the outside lip to bits then crushing it in!! Looks a major job for all the others!!! ? Can someone show me the item to get to make job quick and easy???? I've got some bushes but I need to get some more....anyone have a definitive list of all of them with serial numbers for each one and type please? lotus54
Didn't someone post the numbers? I have them all- I'll try to get them tomorrow. I may have some pics of replacing them also. I was going to do a video- but was out of time to get something setup. The bearing puller I put the link to makes it really easy
