allgoodfun
Firstly apologies, i am useless with ignition systems, and this one is so simple !!I have a Honda TL125 hat was running, as i didnt have a stop switch fitted yet, and as i had a connection in th the black lead that comes out of the stator coil (?) (one on left of engine, i pulled it apart and the engine stopped. Then straight away connected it back up and no spark at all. Then after a bit of messing, connected the lead to the white one coming out of the stator coil (?) - it then started - i then put my hand over the carb to stop the bike - it now wont start on either connection and only occassionally has a spark when connected to the white lead.?What have i done ????? drgonzo
I would start by getting a wiring diagram for that model TL125 and carefully trace all your connections. Make sure everything is connected as it should be and that the connections are clean and tight.
