trapezeartist
How many land owners have been taken to court in the last 30 years of trials on their land ? Probably somewhere between "hardly any" and none, but unfortunately that's not the point. It's the perception that gets people worried. There are just too many ambulance-chasing parasites around. (You may detect that I am not a great fan of the so-called legal profession.)
ruffmutt
Am I the only person in this Island of(once was) ours that understands that the whole country has been taken over by parasitic lawyers and solicitors, aided and abetted by scumbag politicians(the lowest form of life). Yet another reason why this once great nation of ours is down the pan.

craigh88
A horrible culture that seems to have developed in the states and caught on over here like all good trends. Hopefully the cap on whiplash claims will be the start of the end for the 'blame there's a claim' lot.
bill.m
Well personally I'm none the wiser but for the avoidance of any doubt this wasn't the Bon Accord Club who are based in Aberdeen. Naturally as any Scotsman knows, Aberdonians are far too mean to give away free stuff!
