guinnessdave
I'm going to try classic trials on my new to me TY250. How wide is too wide? I just got a great pair from a friend that are 34.75" wide. that seems pretty wide, but, they have a shape I like. I can't cut them down much because of the narrow grip area. Thanks for your thoughts, I'm brand new to this.
lineaway
The question is are they a trials bend.
trialsrfun
Have a look at 7/8" trials bars on the renthal website, you will see the different bar shapes and dimensions there.
collyolly
2 of my bikes are on 33" (standard) and one has bars cut down to 32" so 34 3/4" sounds a bit mad, as has been said are they trials bars or cow horns !

I believe so, barely any setback, and if you are looking at them from behind, they tilt up a bit on the ends. About 5 inches high, aluminum, welded closed ends, and no crossbar.
