vectradam Posted July 1, 2017 Report Share Posted July 1, 2017 hi could anyone tell me the minimum thickness for the clutch friction plates on a 2008 rev 4t. mine are 3mm but i cant find any information. i have done the clutch mod which although i have a much smoother action, it has not cured the sticking and it has a tendency for clutch slip. are any brands of oil particularly helpful ? any more help greatly appreciated many thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dan williams Posted July 3, 2017 Report Share Posted July 3, 2017 I'm not sure about the '08 but all the 4t I've looked into are 3mm. The part of the clutch fix that helps the cold stick is the removal of excess glue between the "cork" friction pads.
