pa. Posted November 29, 2005 Report Share Posted November 29, 2005 Hi Alan, In the morning we set exercises for the riders to practice certain skills. This involves working in small groups with one of the coaches (we have 4 including myself). In the afternoon we set a number of sections which the riders can then practice. We try to set sections that will use those skills that have been focused on in the morning. The riders will ride them a number of times in one direction and then we will adjust the splits and ride them in reverse direction or at least on another line if reverse is not an option.
