All the used bikes will have some stuff that will eventually need attention. I would suggest that you look around for who will support the machine that you are looking at, how readilly available the parts are, and if mechanical assistance is needed, where can it be locally obtained. That Portand bike does look clean! The real key, I'm thinkin, is to get one that has been babied like that. Lots of reports about the 315 Cota being rock solid.
