grim
Works perfectly for 30 minutes, then it starts to explode in the exhaust system. Loses all the power and stops. The engine is warm after a few minutes, so heat is probably not the problem. The spark plug is full of soot / black. Since it works well without problems for 30 minutes, we think everything mechanical is fine (nozzle, gas pump, etc.). We have cleaned the connection to ECU, Checked all cables ++ Has anyone experience a similar problem?. Or have any idea what can result in a problem like this? jonnyc21
Have you checked your valve clearance? I had this on a different bike because the clearance was to tight and when warm it would leave the valve open just a crack... good luck.

thall1
if you can, swop the ECU with another bike, if you still have an issue check/replace the temp sensor in the bottom of the rad - about £25 from memory...
