pudrev3
Got a. Bit of a query ..... I have a 300 4t ...... when it's been on it's side it feels different on the kick down stroke ..... as if you have to kick it really fast about four times to get the engine turning over fast enough to start ? If I leave it for 5 mins it goes back to normal on the kick start has anybody experienced this or know what it could be causing it? Any help would be appreciated cheers folks ? dan williams
Could be fuel leaking into the intake manifold then into cylinder. When it does start is it running very rich? This is fairly common on all bikes except on two stokes the fuel gets into the crankcase and so it doesn't raise the apparent compression. spen
Have you knocked the fuel 'tap'? Some have a plunger which needs to be pulled down to run position , if it's up it's on 'prime' setting....
2stroke4stroke
Is there not a "hot start" button for this situation?
