txt 250 what do you think about these noises

hi!
there happened few things in my txt 250 (2008) because of kickstarter. I moved it while it was running and the biggest problem was that secondary shaft had broken.. so I'll tell you what have I changed:
-secondary shaft
-kickstart idle gear
-kickstart stopper

now I have two different strange noises and I have no idea where it comes from.

can you tell me anything about these noises?
I had also problem with primary transmission gear (different mistake of course) there was one tooth broken, I changed it. but i don't think so there could be something wrong with it.

There's a tiny fragment of the bits that broke embedded in the crankshaft gear and/or the clutch gear.You might need a magnifying glass to see it and remove it .Once you found it,maybe more than one,stone the damage smooth

do you mean this part and this damage?

do you think it could be possible that it makes such noises? because I'm not sure if I heard them when this had happened

Sounds about right to me! Your idle is a bit high, however, a gasser rattles a lot from the clutch when just sitting like that. Pulling the clutch lever and placing into gear loads the components and settles them down.
