cabby
Had the clutch cover off to check the plates however upon trying to re-fit the cover we're having a hellish job, it just won't slip back on without physically forcing it down which just can't be right. We had it on a bolted up then spotted we'd left off a washer, it went on no bother then but since taking it back off we cannot get it on again... cabby
Waterpump drive isn't even in the casing. It's like the clutch is engaged, but obviously it's not.
cabby
2015 pro 125. The most frustrating thing is, we had it all on, bolted up with ease, til we noticed the missing washer that sits on the push rod, since then we cannnot get it to just slip on, it's continually being forced up. cabby
Casing back on, seems it was the tophat push rod that must've been under hydraulic pressure.
