hgas
Gas gas went bust in 2015 but there was still plenty of lads riding them?dont get me wrong hear I’m not just vertigo bashing personally I think they are brilliant ,they are the only ones to have pushed the boundaries of trials design and the sport needs them(apart from the droopy rear mudguard design which is the worst thing ever) I’m just trying to point out that on the competition side of things they don’t appear to be having much luck holding on to riders ,they need a top 5 rider in both categories that will stick with them and stay loyal
nigel dabster
Im sure its a bad move and simply about chasing a supported ride, many have tried the sattelite mont route and it s never worked out. Hope this ends better as he was making good progress on the vertigo........wondered why he wasnt at the scott #mistake
breagh
He was going well on the Vertigo ,sure Martin Lampkin said "never change a winning bike" though I don't know if he followed his own advice.
hgas
The question is was Toby half way through a 2 year contract and has jumped ship for what ever reason or was it just a one year deal like his Montesa contract? I wouldn’t bet against him next year on a properly sorted Montesa and I certainly wouldn’t see it as some sort of handicap Riding one rather than the other 2 strokes, only time will tell
heffergm
I doubt any of these guys have multi year deals.
