danbillam
after a trial today I cleaned the bike and noticed a nut on the rear linkage was a bit loose and theres also slight bit of play from somewhere on the linkage. I'm going to get it apart and regrease tomorrow tightening it back up. any tips you've found to help with this job to make it easier or things not to do. bikes 2016 but should imagine same applies to all evos. thanks
rcgods
Just done this on my Evo. Dead easy to do. I undid the swingarm to triangle mount first as this makes dropping the dog bones down easier to remove the lower dog bone bolt.

rcgods
I definitely would as well (and did) makes moving the swingarm about for getting at bolts easier. I hold mine up with a bungee between the axle holes over the mudguard/airbox.
