walter_neff
My mate's Z had a similar problem, the forks were hydraulically locking as the oil level was too high despite draining and refilling with the correct quantity. Check the oil level by taking the top caps off and compressing the forks so that the springs are sticking out. Then make up a dipstick to check how far down the fork leg the oil level is (from the stanchion top edge). You want at least 150mm air space. Hope that helps.
