lineaway
Expensive pegs are way over rated. Shop the cheaper ones and buy a new rear tire instead.
technowaldo
S3 hard rock first class pegs
jonnyc21
If you really want a top end open set I would go with the S3. There is also a set here (http://rypusa.com/rq-foot-peg/) that are good if you want to spend a bit less.

Agreed. I buy steel ones anyway as the teeth stay sharp for longer. Just got a pair on eBay for 25 quid.

jimmyl
What ever you have make sure they are slightly pointing up . a flat or downward pointing footrest will encourage your foot to slip off especially when the bike is leaned over . a good sensible set well set up are better than an expensive set that are slopping downwards
d2w
I'm only a novice trials/trail rider, but I've always felt well-planted on my Pivot Pegz. https://www.pivotpegz.net/ Don't know how a good trials rider would feel about them. jonnyc21
Pivot pegs will not be as good for more advanced trials moves as they will not provide the ability to move your foot to the outer edges of the peg to give the input you would benefit most by. I would expect that zaps, hoping, splatters, etc to be very hard on them. might be ok for novice or trails.
