The bike looks to be in good condition from the photos. You can date and check models etc on the web there are at least three sites offering access to basically the same information. Your bike is the same as the first trials bike I ever had,I think yours is a later model as mine had alloy mudguards,too far back for me to remember the year,you won't have a lot to do on this bike as it looks to have been well looked after,good luck with it.
