Took out thermostat and heated it with small blow torch it’s working ., maybe just me but never seen it come on . Bike runs sweet . Boiled the kettle and put the thermostat in a bowl but no reading ,but worked when I used the mini blow torch . lineaway Posted February 22, 2018 Report Share Posted February 22, 2018 I have never boiled water, but I got married for that. Location, temp, etc, All have things to do with it ever coming on. In the winter the fan rarely comes on unless you are abusing the clutch. Besides the fan, it is still getting air cooling and water. You would think of asking who you got it from.
