steve
keep us posted. I understand there was a protest about Alexz winning? Have they sorted it out yet?
nigel dabster
I think there was "some discussion" that Alexz may still be a youth, which he is. The entry form did not allow a choice of class so there is no differentiation, however as Alexz is 16 he can ride as an adult regardless. Mega tough event report sent to Andy. montman
Has somebody got a clearer copy of complete results? I did not think Ross Danby was a Southerner! :santawink:
nigel dabster
I'm sure he qualifies, I think the trial includes the midland centre.
bigwig
Well done to Nene Valley for a great event, sections pitched at absolutely the right level for the top few. Next year this event obviously needs two routes to keep this prestigious trial alive because the number of riders who can cope at this standard is very few. It is not viable to lay on a trial for so few riders and dual sections would swell the entry and keep everybody happy. Quite a few riders were winging about the severity, but if a 16 yr old on a 125 can do a lap for 4 marks lost ,can it have been far wrong? Alexz and the boys really enjoyed the day. stc
Great trial, sections were pitched at the right level, Clerk of the Course did a great job, difficult to master but nothing dangerous. Congatulations to all involved. Well done Wiggy on a lap of 4. Stick at it you'll be good some day
mich lin
Did evertone ride the same line in the sections or did they have splits for differnt classes? Also was this a mail entry event or was there sign up the day of the trial? Congrats to Alex on his win.
nigel dabster
One route for all, supposedly for the top experts in the south of england, however not all who could ride did.
