naichuff Posted August 25, 2018 Report Share Posted August 25, 2018 A side points engine Cam shaft differs from the older engine in that the outer bush is larger If the engine is the double roller type ( not the bush timing side main bearing )The distributor/oil pump / cam drive are separate gears on the crankshaft held on with a nut The older type are one piece held on with a bolt I think the cam shaft gear are the same but I would need to check Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
