should be a cracking bike.. check usual bits.
this is probably as the financial issues hit GG however never heard of any problems with build / reliability as a result of this

One of the best bikes made,need to be pretty good to get the best from it,you won't want more power

It will be fitted with the old style gold tech forks which unfortunately fade in colour as they get older , you’ll see a few bikes around with the same problem , apart from that ,cracking bike

Hgas, are you referring to the gold coating that wears in the fork seal area? If so I was wondering if I cover the forks with those neoprene boots if that would prevent it?

what year did they improve the durability of the gold coating?

No it’s the action of the fork running through the fork seal that rubs the coating off unfortunately , they are basically the same fork as the later version that come on the new gasgas and Sherco /Scorpio models as standard but just a different colour (olive green)and the paint doesn’t fade
