crash bandit
Hi everyone, having never competed at competetive trials, and at the moment don't have a bike, ( but did own a Fantic 250 3 years ago for fun only ) I do intend to sort a bike out and get some practice in before I make a fool of myself. I lve in Tamworth and are looking for somewhere to practice. I know of the place at Rugeley but have been told I will need insurance to ride there. Does anyone know where I can obtain this from? Also, what licences do I need, and where do I get one? Sorry to waffle on a bit and thanks in antissipation. :madsanta:
stuartc
Regarding a "licence", go along to a local club trial, ask for the secretary. He/She will be able to supply you with a trials registration form from the ACU. Join the club, fill in the form send off with a tenner and thats it. Your local club may also know of places to LEGALLY practice.
rogerroger
Try Earl Shilton Trials Club (www.estc.co.uk) - they rent land from Calor that is open for practice to club members most weekends. They hold trials about once per month with three routes - try the white route first! Good luck
