:D Simple question... Are the new VEE rubber 400 x 18 trials tyres any good?

If i want to save a few pennies is the Vee rubber any good for mud and roots , and possibly the odd rock.

The trial pattern looks similar to the Michelin but what is the compund like?.

Has anyone tried them?

If an Michelin tubeless is 10/10 and a Pirelli MT43 is about 4/10 then what rating would you give the Vee rubber?.

I did try the Barum a few years back and wasnt too impressed but the Vee rubber looks better and is tempting me back to the dark side of cheaper tyres but would like your advice before i do so.

Comments for us skinflints please.

We won one in a raffle in November and put it on a 4RT for a trial with mud banks, some with tree roots, river beds, and three rock sections. Ended the Day with the best result ever at that venue. The tyre has done Two more trials and will still be used for practice. YES i would recommened the Vee.
