riffraffretro
I worked to 8-10NM when fitting new dimpled plates to my '98 315R. Filled the case with Dexron III and she ran perfectly... no drag and a lovely light action. Tighten the bolts in a criss-cross format to load-up the clutch mech evenly. riffraffretro
Dexron III is widely available and (in my opinion), does the job as well in the 315R - particularly when combined with fitment of dimpled plates - as the Elf oil. The 315's clutch is fabled for suffering with excessive drag... mine was unrideable until I changed the plates and reverted to Dexron III. Mcasp
Hi yeah mine was pretty bad!! Fitted dimpled plates and am waiting for a new o ring to come before filling up and having a go! Hopefully will be on par with yours! I'll try the dexron in the near future and see how it goes.. Thanks
