jackman Posted February 3, 2006 Author Report Share Posted February 3, 2006 The only reason I cut off the headlight screen was because it was all warped and broken from the previous riders, before I was given it.. I did the exact same thing as you jackman , except with a ty80. bought it for my eldest in what I can only call a rough a***d bodge of a restored condition. It had 3 layers of different coloured paint on the frame , even the chrome wheels were hand painted with silver metallic paint I have 95% finished it now (needs new footpegs, tank rubbers and the bottom of the forks cleaning) and he had a run out on it last week .
