huski
How about getting some sheet ally of a suitable thickness and shape welded to the sides of your baseplate. The aftermarket one in the pics doesn't look wide enough to protect the areas that concern you

I found some pix of a used 2018 RR w/CSP plate on Sandiford Racings website. The CSP covers the flywheel area better but the frame area in front of the pegs is still exposed. I made cardboard templates today, just have to do the hard part now & cut the aluminum.
anachronism
2023 update: CSP is doing an updated version of their TRS engine sump guard w/extra coverage for the pegs/frame protrusions. F5Dave
My 23s bashplate covers the bottom of that area.

Looks like the 2023 RR gets a new bash plate that extends over the peg area more. The R retains the old one - maybe running out old stock before they change all models to the new plate? '23 RR part no. 01038TR100 Skid plate ONE II Others part no. 01031TR100 - there seem to be a couple of versions of the same part number, one with "grooves" (longitudinal ribs) on later models and one without. F5Dave
A rider of my skill level must have the RR of course. Largely because that's the only version the local importer brings in, but desperation demands any tiny percieved advantage.
