dirtrider Posted January 17, 2006 Report Share Posted January 17, 2006 Does anyone know what the MOT regs are regarding speedo, horn, and number plates for a 1974 TY 250? The bike doesn't have lights but I want to get a daytime MOT like I have on my (1961)B40, however I'm not sure if the regs are different for a later bike. subira Posted January 17, 2006 Report Share Posted January 17, 2006 You don't need a speedo for the MOT. But you do need a continuous tone horn. Get a battery powered cycle horn from Halfords.
