stanm
Hi Folks My rear shock is not performing well. Weaping a bit and with the spring off it takes about 12.5 kg of force to push the shock down. Read it should be around 25Kg. It could be that it has just lost some nitrogen charge. And the seal need to be replaced. No one seems interested to rebuild this Pailoli in Australia so i might just give it a go myself. So i am looking at two options 1/ Option 1. Rebuilding the shock myself - Crossing my fingers the bladders is not blown. so far I have found and correct me if I am wrong * Oil Quantity is 85ml *Oil Grade is 2.5W * Nitrogen pressure is 150 Psi * I may be able to get a seal from my industrial seal provider I need some help with how I recharge the shock with nitrogen. Any help on rebuilding this shock would be great 2/ Option 2 Buy a New Shock. I have a quote from a Hagon shocks. Anyone used one of these and can supply a review would be appreciated. Or other options for a new shock?
