I'm like Charlie, the drug store gave me a little 4 oz. cough syrup bottle that's perfect for mixing. Most of the time I only go to 2 gallons though and leave room for sloshing to help mix it. So I run richer than some, but my son's on a Rookie and it tends to get it's, um ti ah well lets see here, oh, it's get's run at a higher RPM more often than my bike does.

We too run our Betas at 70-1 (50-1 while running in) on Silkolene semi-synthetic pre-mix, I know loads of you run with fully synthetic oils but my understanding of it is that a trials bike does not run at a high enough rpm to maintain a sufficiently stable engine temperature to enable a fully synthetic oil to do its job properly.
