Mcasp Posted June 13, 2020 Report Share Posted June 13, 2020 Hi all, My son has a 2009 gas gas 125 txt pro , last time sewers out of ran fine, just changed gearbox oil,ready for tomorrow started it up ,and it has a knocking sound which when clutch lever is pulled in stops, also when put into gear stalls ( drag??) thall1 Posted June 13, 2020 Report Share Posted June 13, 2020 That’s the clutch basket rattling... pretty normal for a gas gas. How much oil have you put in... usually about 450 ml for an oil change from what I can remember. check you have free play on the clutch lever... if you have and the clutch still doesn’t clear then I expect the master cylinder piston will need replacing Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
