jackman
Just take off the shocks and put the bottom side (if I can remember correctly) in a vise. Then get one person who is "super" strong to pull back on the spring towards the vise.. then you have another person standing by and when there is no tension on the spring, You will notice there is a clip at the top of the spring that holds it from falling off. When you remove the clip, be FAST and be sure that the person holding the spring doesn't let go. That's how I got mine off.. No special tool lol. Worked fine, but, in the worst case scenario someone could break a finger if they were to let go of the spring when the other person is trying to remove the clip. So BE CAREFUL!! - JackMan edit: haha, that's just to get them off. If you want to clean them, I used autosol in a tube, and then put it on the shiny parts and buffed it up with a buffing wheel mounted on the end of a drill.
