perce
The entry details for this Trial dropped through my letter box this morning. Without doubt it was the best one day Clubman Trial I rode in last year, it wasn't easy by any means but every section was on & there was nowt daft or intimidating. One lap of 50 sections on a fairly tight time limit & a proper set of rules, let's hope it's not foggy this year so we can see where we're off! cleanasawhistle
I wouldn't mind doing this, it sounds superb. Is there any road work or is it all off road ? Who is the contact for a set of regs ??

bikespace
What's the date for the Jack Wood. And...the big dilemma...which course? Anybody who has ridden the Manx 2 day and/or the lakes 2day compare them to it? Manx 2 day I'm happy with the National route. Lakes 2 day, I would probably die on the National route. Clues anyone? Any other old fat blokes out there? What you riding Perce?
matt
did the manx last year...well at least the first day, then i broke my ankle in the morning before i got on my bike for the second day.. them leathal paving slabs!! jack wood national course was much harder then then manx national course. dropped 18 first day at manx and about 60 at jackwood! hope this helps
perce
I rode the easy route last year & went for 100, still finished in the top ten though. So by usual easy course routes at Nationals it's a toughy, certainly in line with easy route at the Lakes 2 day.
bikespace
Thanks, you made my mind up. Sounds like I might just manage the Clubman route.
nickerlias
98% of the sections have a easy route on them there is only the odd few that are the same, all the sections in the kwai are very demanding especially after you have just done forty other sections,
physco
I WONDER HOW HARD THE SECTIONS WILL BE THIS YEAR AS I SEE THE JACK WOOD CLASHES WITH THE BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIP ST DAVIDS TRIAL?.LAST YEAR I RODE THE HARD ROUTE AND FOUND IT VERY HARD BUT THE CLUBMAN ROUTE LOOKED SUPERB.
