Popular Post turbofurball
This woman right here 😎 I picked up a 1-owner '99 Sherco 2.5 (Graham Jarvis SSDT edition) this week, and finally had a chance to take it for a spin today ... I had completely forgotten just how lovely a modern-style bike is to ride, and this one is mechanically spot on It's fully road legal so I can go and roam without worrying about Rangers breathing down my neck (especially since the TY is noisy as hell) Lots of "roads" here are actually pretty good trials practice spots so it should mean the only limits now are time and how fit I am ... this is actually a road (as well as a river bed): However I do need to grow some ovaries 'cause I managed to drop it at this little step because I didn't have enough momentum The only weird thing is that only after buying it did I find out that the Sherco factory is closer to my house than Gasgas and Montesa, so this really is a local bike
rr62
Always loved the minimalist design of the early Sherco bikes. Less is definitely more!

Absolutely, also it *feels* really good quality ... my only real frame of reference is the 125 TXTPro I used to have, though

turbofurball
I had a nice jaunt today, thought I'd share some photos ... Left at the fork is lying, after 100m it goes up at a 1/3 gradient with some steps and lots of loose gravel, you have to really commit to it to make the top! Then you can drop down into a valley that's prone to rock slides, which means it's a nice rock garden to trundle over ... And then out the other side for a nice view on the way home Edited September 5, 2021 by turbofurball
