Divouneh
Petcock issue: I discovered i have an English Petcock , I found the same in EBAY: https://www.ebay.com/itm/390669025482 Someone had such experiences ?
Divouneh
New ignition arrived today 😃... Next will be the piston, if needed 😆. Then I will have all to renew my engine: ball bearings, seals, new connecting rod (by experience, I always change bearings for old bike to prevent a reopening ). I never keep engine open, you never know what could happen (loose elements, corrosion)... At first to finish my gas tank, but the temperature drops to winter season 🤥: difficult to paint in such condition.

Divouneh
Thank you, the fuel tap was probably out of service and repair with US thread... I already ordered the one from Ebay. Painting is on way, stickers and clear coating to come ..
Divouneh
Exhaust / muffler: not the central part. This bike seems to be done with a "standard" from the web. I don't want to put 250USD for this silencer I love this example, any idea ...🤨
Divouneh
I received the petcock, the gas cap is redone (waiting the new "O" rings)...
Divouneh
Otherwise I got my new carrier, I did some improvements (lights / Turnbuckles replaced by 2" straps). It's a very good solid product , but expensive 😒
Divouneh
To come back to previous question, this seems to be the original design:

Divouneh
Top end open: original 72mm diameter. It looks very clean inside, no scratch, very little carbon deposit: seems to have low hours 😏... This bike has no head gasket ?
